Source: The source file, To_SagitalTP.java , is also contianed in Align3TP (in the "Align Stacks" directory).

Installation: Download To_SagitalTP.class to the plugins or "plugins/Align Stacks" folder and restart ImageJ.

Description: This ImageJ PlugInFilter converts from an axial or a coronal stack to a sagital stack. The default is a right handed axial stack (left-to-right). If the PlugInFilter is installed with arguement "SAGITAL_LEFT", it will create a left handed axial stack (right-to-left). These orientations may not make sense in non-radiological applications.
