Source: The source file, To_CoronalTP.java , is also contianed in Align3TP (in the "Align Stacks" directory).

Installation: Download To_CoronalTP.class to the plugins or "plugins/Align Stacks" folder and restart ImageJ.

Description: This ImageJ PlugInFilter converts from an axial or a sagital stack to a coronal stack. The default is a right handed axial stack (anterior-to-posterior). If the PlugInFilter is installed with arguement "CORONAL_LEFT", it will create a left handed axial stack (posterior-to-anterior). These orientations may not make sense in non-radiological applications.
