Source: The source file, To_AxialTP.java , is also contianed in Align3TP (in the "Align Stacks" directory).

Installation: Download To_AxialTP.class to the plugins or "plugins/Align Stacks" folder and restart ImageJ.

Description: This ImageJ PlugInFilter converts from a coronal or sagital stack to an axial stack. The default is a right handed axial stack (caudal-to-cranial). If the PlugInFilter is installed with arguement "AXIAL_LEFT", it will create a left handed axial stack (cranial-to-caudal). These orientations may not make sense in non-radiological applications.
