Installation: Download Show_AlignmentTP.class to the plugins or "plugins/Align Stacks" folder and restart ImageJ.

Description: This ImageJ PlugIn has three methods to show the alignment of two images using the mouse. Vertical and horizontal wiper modes show the each of the images on part of the screen. The mouse can be used to move the point where the image switches between the images. Mixer mode allows the mouse to change the ratio of first and second images.
