History: 68-year-old male with non-small cell lung cancer for staging.

Findings:

• Approximately 6cm mass in the left upper lobe with intense FDG activity consistent with malignancy
• Spread of disease to a low left paratracheal lymph node
• Additional distant metastatic focus in the left lobe of the liver, M1 disease

TNM Classification: T2 N2 M1
