History: 49-year-old female with non-small lung cancer for staging.

Findings:

• Right upper lobe mass (>3cm) demonstrating intense FDG uptake
• No hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy
• Appears to be limited laterally by the pleura and inferiorly by the horizontal fissure
• Partially compresses the right upper lobe bronchus and extends up to the mainstem bronchus sparing the carina making this a T3 lesion
• No distant metastases

TNM Classification: T3 N0 M0

5-Year Survival: 38%
