Diagnosis

The tomographic images show decreased perfusion in the septum extending to the anterior wall, the inferior wall and the apex shown best on the short axis and the horizontal long axis (arrows). The bullseye plot shows the extent of the decreased perfusion. The gated images show a very abnormal pattern of contractions. There is paradoxical septal motion and abnormal contraction extending to the anterior and inferior walls.

This patient had an AV nodal ablation shortly before this images, and the altered contraction pattern is thought to be due to the ablation.
