Diagnosis
The CT scan showed multiple low attenuation lesions in both lobes of the liver as well as a focus in the spleen. The gallium scintigraphy shows multiple focal regions of intense uptake in the liver (outline on anterior view) and a focus in the spleen (arrow on posterior view). There is normal excretion in the bowel. Histology showed non-hodgkins lymphoma.
