Case 19

Clinical History:

A 72 year old male with diabetes mellitus and hypertension presented with chest pain and shortness of breath. He was evaluated with a persantine myocardial perfusion scan. Tl-201 was used for resting imaging followed by Tc-99m sestamibi for stress.

A Tc-99m MDP bone scan was subsequently performed.
