Case #16

Clinical History:

A 39 year old woman was found to have Hodgkin's disease in 1982 and was treated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy.  In 1992 she was found to have recurrent Hodgkin's disease and was treated with chemotherapy.  In November of 1996, she was treated with high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation.  In April of 1998, sixteen months after transplant she was found to have an elevated Ferritin and an elevated erythrocite sedimentation rate (ESR).  Gallium scintigraphy was obtained.
