Case 15
Clinical History:
A 55 year-old female with a history of breast cancer had a recurrence of her breast malignancy which was treated with excision, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. The patient presented three years later with a chief complaint of headache and nausea of gradual onset over several weeks. A personality change was noted by her family and she had facial and right upper extremity tremors.
